Due to the nature of the product all sales are final and no refunds will be granted, however we will mend seems and other small problems up to 20 days after item is received buyer pays $10 return shipping. Large orders may take up to 6 weeks to complete most only take 3-4 weeks. Individual (single) orders allow 7 days after payment has been received.
